Laryngology
Dr. Hrelec is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and fellowship trained in laryngology. Utilizing high definition videostroboscopy, Dr. Hrelec is able to closely examine the structures of the throat, airway and vocal cords for a precise diagnosis. Microsurgery, laser procedures, or injection therapy, including botox, may then be used as part of an individualized treatment plan.
His practice focus includes:
- Voice disorders and laryngitis
- Early glottic cancer and precancer
- Vocal fold paralysis and spasmodic dysphonia
- Laryngeal cysts and polyps
- Swallowing disorders, dysphagia, aspiration and Zenkers
- Glottic, subglottic and tracheal stenosis
