Dr. McIlwain is a board-certified head and neck surgeon who treats patients with both benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck including mouth, tongue, throat, and skin cancers. He also specializes in reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, including microvascular free tissue transfer as well as Mohs micrographic surgery which reconstructs facial defects following skin cancer removal.
