Dr. Shinn is a board certified head and neck surgeon who treats patients with both benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck involving the oral cavity, nose, pharynx, larynx, salivary glands, thyroid and skin. He also specializes in airway reconstruction, partial laryngectomy/voice preservation, microvascular reconstruction and transoral robotic surgery (TORS).
